How it works We do it perfectly

PICKUP AND DELIVERY

Anyone can place the pickup request before 1:00 P M for the same day delivery up to 9:00 P M on the Speedo App or Website.

The notification will be sent with all the details of Speedo Rider to the client at the earliest to make the shipment ready.

The booking can be edited to correct the weight or other details in the App. Our current shipment limits is for Three kilograms ( 3 Kgs. ) only.

The client will get the delivery confirmation notification through SMS and real time update in the order history in the App.

DOOR STEP PICKUP SERVICE

Book your order on our App or Website and simply hand over your shipment to Speedo Rider at your doorstep.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Anyone can place the pickup request before 1:00 P M for the same day delivery up to 9:00 P M on the Speedo App or Website.

If the booking request received after 1:00 P M the pickup will be scheduled for next day.

Standard Delivery - With our web booking platform and user friendly App, you can book your shipment till 1:00 P M for standard delivery of same day till 9:00 P M.

You can make a booking on the web or through our App and we always try to pick up the shipment at the earliest for delivery.

Urgent Delivery - We understand the time is precious to you and that’s why we offer premium services for time sensitive shipments. If you have a shipment that needs to be delivered urgently, you can avail our urgent delivery service.

With this service, Speedo Rider will pick up your shipment and deliver them without doing any additional deliveries in between within two hours and thirty minutes ( 150 minutes ).

Currently we are offering two segment as “ Regular Delivery “ and “ Urgent Delivery “.

You can book your shipment till 02:00 pm for same day delivery. Booking request received after 2:00 P M, the pickup will be scheduled for next day.

Currently we are focusing on Documents and small parcels only up to 3 kgs of weight.

No, you can book only single order in single booking.

Yes, Speedo gives you an option for “ Urgent Delivery “ which lets you send the shipment on an urgent basis within 2 hours.

You can get the delivery confirmation through SMS and will update the same on the App, as to which item they are delivering. We will then send you a notification mentioning which item is being delivered at that time.

We provide 100% refund on services not delivered.

Yes, you can edit the booking details before or on the time of pickup.

Currently various payment options are available at Speedo as “ Cash on Pickup “ “ Paytm “ “ Google Pay “ etc. You can upload a payment screen shot with the booking reference number to confirm the payment.

The Speedo Rider would check the packet weight on his personal weighing machine and the same can be corrected through edit option in the App and the difference / revised amount to be paid.

You will get all the details of the Speedo Rider after booking notification and all the details will be available to the sender’s App. The Speedo Rider will carry an Id Card with him.

Generally we take care all the maximum care for the shipments, if any such incident takes place, then our liability is limited to Rs. 100/- only.

If the receiver is not available at the time of delivery, he / she can assign a person who can receive after getting and OTP from receivers mobile number to ensure the delivery.

Yes, you will get all the details of Speedo Rider in your notification to contact and update regarding the Pickup.

You will get notified through SMS and status update in your Speedo App for the delivery confirmation.
