We Do It Perfectly

PICKUP AND DELIVERY

Anyone can place a pickup request for Same Day Delivery through the Speedo Application or Website. Once the request is submitted, a notification containing the details of the assigned Speedo Rider will be sent to the client promptly, enabling them to prepare the shipment in advance.

The booking can be edited within the Application to update or correct shipment details if required. Currently, the maximum shipment weight permitted is ten kilograms (10 kg).

The client will receive a delivery confirmation notification via SMS, along with real-time updates in the order history section of the Application.

DOOR STEP PICKUP SERVICE

Book your order on our App or Website and simply hand over your shipment to Speedo Rider at your doorstep.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Anyone can place the pickup request before 01:00 PM for the same day delivery up to 9:00 PM on the Speedo App or Website.

If the booking request received after 01:00 PM the pickup will be scheduled for next day.

How Can We Help You

FAQs

You can book your shipment till 01:00 PM for same day delivery. Booking request received after 01:00 PM, the pickup will be scheduled for next day.

Currently we are focusing on Documents and small parcels only up to 5 kgs of weight.

No, you can book only single order in single booking.

You can get the delivery confirmation through SMS and will update the same on the App, as to which item they are delivering. We will then send you a notification mentioning which item is being delivered at that time.

We provide 100% refund on services not delivered.

Yes, you can edit the booking details before or on the time of pickup.

Currently various payment options are available at Speedo as "Cash on Pickup", "Paytm", "Google Pay" etc. You can upload a payment screen shot with the booking reference number to confirm the payment.

The Speedo Rider would check the packet weight on his personal weighing machine and the same can be corrected through edit option in the App and the difference / revised amount to be paid.

You will get all the details of the Speedo Rider after booking notification and all the details will be available to the sender's App. The Speedo Rider will carry an Id Card with him.

Generally we take care all the maximum care for the shipments, if any such incident takes place, then our liability is limited to Rs. 100/- only.

If the receiver is not available at the time of delivery, he / she can assign a person who can receive after getting and OTP from receivers mobile number to ensure the delivery.

Yes, you will get all the details of Speedo Rider in your notification to contact and update regarding the Pickup.

You will get notified through SMS and status update in your Speedo App for the delivery confirmation.
